LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network, recently underwent a renovation of their MENA (Middle East and North Africa) headquarters in Dubai, UAE. The project was designed by SAY Studio, built by Summertown, and managed by CBRE.

One of the key objectives of the renovation was to create a more functional and efficient office space. To achieve this, the design team required a range of acoustic products to enhance the acoustics of the space and improve the overall sound quality.
Acoulite, was chosen to supply and install a variety of products throughout the office. These included Organoid Natural Surfaces Acoustic Absorbers, Autex Acoustic Timber for creating wooden boxes on the ceiling, Autex Bespoke CUBE panels with CNC cuts for the curved ceiling feature, and Novawall Acoustic Wall Panels with bespoke prints for the operable partition.
Organoid Natural Surfaces Acoustic Absorbers were used to control the sound levels in the office. These absorbers are made from sustainable materials and feature natural textures, providing both an acoustic and aesthetic solution. The Autex Acoustic Timber was used to create wooden boxes on the ceiling, which not only provided acoustic benefits but also added visual interest to the space.
To create the curved ceiling feature, Autex Bespoke CUBE panels with CNC cuts were utilized. These panels are customizable and can be tailored to fit any space, making them an ideal choice for creating unique design elements. Finally, Novawall Acoustic Wall Panels with bespoke prints were installed for the operable partition, which allowed for both privacy and improved acoustics in the space.
