When the client envisioned a sophisticated, ergonomic, and contemporary office space in Riyadh, they turned to Bluehaus for an innovative design approach. Acoulite was proud to play a key role in this project, providing a tailored lighting solution that seamlessly blended functionality, aesthetics, and employee well-being.
Spanning 19,160 sqft across three floors, the new office required a lighting strategy that complemented the modern interiors while supporting multiple work scenarios, including hybrid workspaces, collaboration zones, and private meeting areas.

Lighting Concept & Execution
Acoulite’s approach to this project centered on enhancing user experience through lighting that adapts to different work modes, fosters productivity, and contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. Our team worked closely with Bluehaus and Studio N to integrate lighting solutions that aligned with the office’s design narrative—balancing warmth, efficiency, and sophistication.
Reception Area:
The reception area, designed with sleek minimalism and organic wood elements, needed lighting that reinforced its elegance. Acoulite supplied recessed linear LED lights along the ceiling’s black slats, creating a striking contrast and enhancing spatial depth.
Collaboration Zones:
The collaboration spaces feature a carefully curated lighting design to enhance both functionality and ambiance. Floor-to-ceiling windows maximize natural light, minimizing the need for artificial lighting during the day. Indirect LED lighting along the yellow acoustic ceiling adds warmth and vibrancy, while pendant fixtures above high tables double as design accents. Recessed linear lights provide even, glare-free illumination, ensuring a well-balanced and inviting atmosphere. This strategic mix of natural and artificial lighting fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The Pantry:
Bluehaus designed a space where natural tones and textures form the foundation, highlighted by a vibrant carpet in the pantry for warmth and cultural depth.
Acoulite’s lighting enhances this vision with discreet under-cabinet LEDs for practical task lighting, a bespoke pendant fixture above the communal table for a soft, inviting glow, and concealed LED strips behind red upholstered wall panels to emphasize texture and depth.
Boardroom:
With the boardroom, Nulty delivered an enhanced architectural intent, with linear LED fixtures embedded within the custom mesh ceiling, providing diffused illumination that eliminates glare while maintaining a sense of depth. Above, a bespoke mesh ceiling diffuses light, pairing with ample natural light to evoke a space that is both illuminating and contemplative. We added accent wall sconces to bring warmth and subtle contrast, reinforcing the room’s welcoming yet professional ambiance
