Meet the team

Rynn has been in the lighting industry since 2006. She has actively been involved in projects across Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Dubai and the UK. Having joined Acoulite in 2017, she bring enormous experience in product development and sourcing.

Excellent account management and multicultural interpersonal skills are a few of her forte. With over 13 years of hands on experience in lighting design, she and her team are proficient in providing lighting solutions with special skills in design and specification. . Her in-depth knowledge of various lighting products is commendable

Faiz joined Acoulite at the start of 2013 as the Admin & Operations Manager. He has been in KSA for over 8 years, with 5 years of experience working in the Retail/business development sector in London. His background is in Operations and Human resource management with MBA from University of Wales UK. Faiz’s existing network in the Construction and Interior fit out market in KSA has led to a smooth transition into the lighting industry, with the aim of maintaining existing relationships and developing new business.

In December 2019, Faiz took on a new role as the Admins & Operations manager – KSA for Acoulite in KSA. Within this role, he directly liaises with our KSA client base to assist with Design & Specification of various Lighting & Controls products and provide support throughout every stage of the project, continuously maintaining & developing business relationships.

Jonathan has over 10 years’ experience within the construction industry, holding a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University. Working in both the Public and Private sectors in the UK, Australia and the Middle East, this varied experience has given Jonathan a wide understanding of different cultural environments in and outside the workplace, helping develop strong client focus and relationship building ability.

Having worked for both contractors, and as part of the supply chain, Jonathan has a unique skill set to support all parties within a project, understanding the true impact of design changes and cost management.

In 6 years in the UAE he has built and managed a strong network across Architects, Designers, MEP Consultants and Contractors, which allows him to provide support throughout every stage of the project.

Jonathan grew up in Dubai and then briefly moved to the UK to complete his bachelors from The University of Kent and he is now pursuing his MBA from Heriot Watt University.

Living in the UAE for over 25 years has given Jonathan a deep understanding of the culture and of the local design market. Being a customer focused account manager with 6 years in the lighting industry, he has worked on a variety of projects ranging from commercial fit out space to education, retail, healthcare and many more.

Jonathan joined Acoulite an Account Director in 2020 with his role covering the full sales cycle from concept design to after sales support.

Lee joined Acoulite at the start of 2019 as the Business Development Manager for the Commercial and Entertainment sector. Lee has been in Dubai for over 3 years, with 6 years of experience working in the sales/business development sector. His background is  in construction recruitment, specialising in Architecture, design & Interior fitout. He originates from the UK spending 3 years working in London and then relocating to Dubai in 2015. Lee’s existing network in the Design and Interior fit out market in the U.A.E, has led to a smooth transition into the lighting industry, with the aim of maintaining existing relationships and developing new business.

Ben has been in the Sales & Development industry for over 7 years and has proved his success in various sectors such as retail, wellness & the motor industry. Through his exceptional capabilities he has been successful in growing quality relationships & has contributed towards continuous organization growth.

He was welcomed into the Acoulite family in November 2015 from the UK to contribute towards business development . His aim was to grow the already successful name of Acoulite and to support the acoustic solutions department along the way.

In December 2017, Ben took on a new role as the Acoustic account manager for Acoulite. Within this role, he directly liaises with his strong client base to assist with specification of various acoustic products and provide support throughout every stage of the project, continuously maintaining & developing business relationships.
